We enable anyone, anywhere, to explore, create, and share curated travel programs and also allow participants to enroll in these travel experiences. We believe that our marketplace model is the most effective way to provide valuable travel and tourism opportunities to our users. To keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our traveler and partner community, we have certain rules in place. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Kaivalya Trips website and all other related services (“Services”).

If you continue to use the Platform after amendments or additions to these Terms of Use, you unconditionally agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, your sole option is to stop using the Platform.
Kaivalya Trips will make every effort to provide the Platform with due care. However, you acknowledge that the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” All use of the Platform is at your own risk and responsibility.
Kaivalya Trips reserves the right, without liability, to make technical and procedural modifications or improvements to the Platform at any time.
Accounts
You need an account for most activities on our platform. Safeguard your password, as you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. When creating and maintaining your account, you must provide accurate and complete details, including a valid email address.
You are fully responsible for everything that happens through your account, including harm or damage caused by unauthorized use. You may not transfer your account to another person, nor use someone else’s account. In the unfortunate event of a user’s death, that account will be closed.

That partner is solely responsible for processing such information under their own privacy policy. Kaivalya Trips is not liable for damages resulting from how a partner processes your personal data.
Payments
You agree to pay the fees associated with the travel experience or package you book. By making a purchase, you confirm that you will not use an invalid or unauthorized payment method.
Prices displayed on the Platform may be converted into multiple currencies for your convenience. However, the final price will be determined at the time of payment and converted into the currency specified by the travel partner, which may differ slightly from earlier displayed amounts. Conversion charges may apply.
As payment terms are set by our partners, Kaivalya Trips has no control over them and is not liable for issues relating to payment methods or currencies.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms defined by each travel partner for their packages.
In extraordinary circumstances, such as global pandemics, if your booking is canceled or you are unable to travel, you may request a full refund at least 3 days prior to the program start date.
Electronic Communications
When you use our site or communicate with us by email, you are interacting with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, either by email or by notices posted on our site. You agree that electronic communication satisfies any legal requirement for written communication.
Content and Behavior Rules
You must use Kaivalya Trips only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you post, such as reviews, questions, photos, and travel experiences. Your content must respect intellectual property rights and applicable laws.
You may not use our services or create accounts for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in your country.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Kaivalya Trips’ Rights
Kaivalya Trips owns and controls the platform, services, logos, website, API, databases, and employee-created content. You may not tamper with or use these assets without authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided, Kaivalya Trips makes no guarantees regarding the Platform, including fitness, quality, or accuracy. The success of travel experiences depends solely on you and the partner.
You indemnify Kaivalya Trips from claims arising from disputes with partners. However, Kaivalya Trips will assist you in resolving issues to the best of its ability.
Refunds will be provided in line with partner terms or if the services delivered are significantly less than promised.
You agree not to use the Platform in ways that infringe on the rights of Kaivalya Trips, partners, or other users, violate laws, or contradict these Terms.
